Shipping Charges (India)

  • FREE delivery on prepaid orders above ₹2000

  • Flat ₹99 shipping charge on orders below ₹2000

International Shipping Charges (Worldwide)

International shipping charges are based on the total order value (in INR):

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days from order confirmation.

  • If multiple products are ordered, shipments may be split based on product availability to ensure faster dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

India Orders

  • Delivered within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

International Orders

  • Delivered within 7 to 21 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, customs procedures, regional restrictions, strikes, or courier delays beyond our control.

International Courier Partners

International orders are shipped through trusted international courier partners.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

  • House of Ajrakh is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Payment Policy for International Orders

  • Only prepaid orders are accepted for international shipping.

  • Payments can be made via Razorpay or Stripe.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)

  • No return or exchange is available on international orders.

  • Orders refused or undelivered due to customer unavailability, refusal to pay customs duties, or incorrect address details will not be eligible for refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy (India Only)

  • Partial COD is available on most pin codes in India.

  • A flat COD & shipping charge of ₹150 (non-refundable) applies to all COD orders.

  • The remaining order amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

Please Note

  • Try and buy or open box delivery is not available.

  • Customers must pay the courier partner before opening the parcel.

  • Courier partners cannot accept returns or exchanges at the time of delivery.

  • Partial COD amount is non-refundable in case of order refusal or Return to Origin (RTO).

  • RTO due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address will require ₹250 reshipping charges.

  • All return or exchange requests (India only) must be initiated via call or email.
